Job Post: Project Post Order Coordinator The Project Post Order Coordinator manages and monitors all the Post Order activities (expediting, inspection, and logistics) for the assigned project/s, to ensure the achievement of the defined results in terms of schedule, quality, and budget. He/She directly reports to the responsible of the Post Order Management and to the Project Procurement Manager, once assigned to a Project.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the integrated management of the Post Order-related activities (i.e. expediting, inspection, and logistics) for the assigned project/projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements in terms of time, costs, and quality, following Project Procurement Manager/Director instructions;
Responsible for planning and monitoring post order activities on the project, in close coordination with the Project Procurement Manager;
Involved in the Pre-Order activities providing knowledge of the contractual requirements and participating in the final negotiation with suppliers for discussion/clarifications on the ITP standard and Vendor Document List;
Main interface with the Inspection & Expediting Department for the follow-up of the supplies and with the Logistic Department for the material shipment at Site;
Submit and discuss with the Final Client the outcome of the expediting and inspection reports issued for the supplies.
Personal Attributes:
Work experience: at least 5 years gained in engineering companies in a similar role;
Fluency in English;
Availability to travel for short and long periods.
