Job Post: Project Post Order CoordinatorThe Project Post Order Coordinator manage andmonitor all the Post Order activities (expediting, inspection and logistics)for the assigned project/s, to ensure the achievement of the defined results interms of schedule, quality and budget.
He/She directly reports to the responsible of the Post OrderManagement and to the Project Procurement Manager, once assigned to a Project.Key Activities and Responsibilities: responsible for the integrated management of the Post Order-relatedactivities (i.e.
expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assignedproject/projects, ensuring the compliance with contractual requirements interms of time, costs and quality, following Project ProcurementManager/Director instructions;responsible for planning and monitoring post orderactivities on the project, in close coordination with the Project ProcurementManager;POC is involved also in the Pre-Order activitiesproviding his knowledge of the Contractual requirements and participating inthe final negotiation with SUPPLIERs for discussion / clarifications on the ITPstandard and Vendor Document List;main interface with the Inspection ExpeditingDepartment for the follow-up of the supplies and with the Logistic Departmentfor the material shipment at Site;submit and discuss with the Final Client the outcome of the expeditingand inspection reports issued for the supplies.Personal Attributes: work experience: at least 5 yearsgained in engineering companies in a similar role;fluency in English;availability to travel for short and long period.Fully paid up Company share capital € 19.920.679,32 - Tax Code, VAT number and Rome Company register number: 07673571001Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. announces that for dissemination and storage of Regulated Information, has chosen to use the system named 1INFO (www.1info.it), managed by Computershare S.p.A. with registered offices in Milan and authorized by Consob with resolutions no.
