You will be based in Electrolux Food Preparation site in Forlì (FC), only 1 hour distance from Bologna.
Here you will work in an international context, interacting with different functions of the organization to create the appliances of the future.
Responsible for the coordination with all Opportunity & Project Portfolio Managers inside Taste Food preparation R&D, guaranteeing the correct process management in activation, and execution of projects and activities within PPM.
Support continuous improvement of the project management process and its related PPM Data Quality by supporting the definition & monitoring of KPI targets on projects & portfolio.
Ensure project & data management consistency between PPM & EPM tools
**Tasks**:
- Support Portfolio Managers during Project Portfolio review meetings: Plan updates, Portfolio status, New requests acceptance, Pre-DS monitor and acceptance.
- Support introduction of new projects (check documentation completeness and consistency)
- Support process stakeholders in delivering their tasks, according to process standards, tools and timeframes
- Support in the definition and monitoring of KPI targets on projects and portfolio.
- Support Product Portfolio Management (Project Portfolio Director).
- Support Controllers in Budget process execution with updated data availability.
- Develop the strategic role dimension of project portfolio officer.
- Contribute to organize, manage trainings and mentor project leaders.
- Support continuous knowledge and process development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor / Master Degree
- 5 + years of experience in project management
- Ability to work in international teams
- Ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Creative and Open Minded
- Taking initiatives and act pro-actively
- Good analytical skills to support the business
- Great team worker with excellent communication skills
