**About Worldline**Project Portfolio Manager**
**The work environment**
The role is part of a nice and friendly international team (distributed in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Italy) mainly focused on Portfolio Management, Budgeting&Forecasting, Demand&Capacity Management, Quality Management and various governance activities.
The focus of the function is to provide effective transversal support services to delivery centers, also to act as bridge with Global corporate functions; this enable a significant interaction with multiple and diverse parties across the company that makes the job rich and dynamic.
The position is reporting to a team manager based in Italy, Milan.
**What will be your job?
**
- Manage Project Portfolio co-working and interacting with Executives and Project Managers located all over Europe, dealing with investments, internal and external client projects
- Support Project Prioritization Board steered by Division Managers to optimize allocation of resources on projects
- Contribute to the on-going implementation and fine-tuning of the corporate Project and Portfolio Management tool, Planview
- Coordinate the investment budgeting process and ensure quarterly managerial reporting to Top Management, both quantitively and qualitatively
- Manage the Demand & Capacity process cooperating with Project Managers and Line Managers
- Support financial forecasting on revenues and operating margin in cooperation with Divisional management team, Finance and Sales
- Support Top Management on extraordinary tasks, such as improvement initiatives and related action plans
- Animate continuous improvement initiatives on managed services, processes and tools
**What do you have to offer?
**
- A Bachelor and/or Master degree in business studies (preferred economic and engineering background)
- 3 to 6 years' experience as Project Portfolio Manager or PMO
- Strong capabilities on stakeholder management in a multi-cultural international context
- You are pragmatic, analytical and structured, strongly result-oriented and also flexible to cope with a dynamic environment
- Great communication skills; you know how to communicate with managers and people on the shop floor beside outstanding capabilities to present and chair meetings
- Not afraid but excited by challenging assignments with international exposure
- You show persistence and perseverance
- Solid willpower and capability to learn quickly
- Written and oral proficiency in English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Nice to have Project Portfolio Management and/or ITIL certification
- Knowledge of financial rules and setup of professional reporting/dashboards are considered a relevant plus
