As Project Portfolio Controller you will be part of the NHOA Energy team, directly reporting to the Head of PMO Project Portfolio Control.You will be a key member of our team and you will actively participate in the definition and improvement of the control tools at project and portfolio level as well as being responsible to plan and monitor the performance and cost at project and portfolio levels, producing reports and using project management tools to keep the projects on track.Task and Duties:Cooperate with the Head of PMO Project Portfolio Control in the definition and improvement of the control tools at project and portfolio level;Monitor the application of control methodologies through the projects;Collect the performance and cost data at project level and consolidate them at portfolio level;Cooperate with the Head of PMO Project Portfolio Control in the definition of a reporting system at portfolio level;Collect information on the execution of the projects to produce lesson learned and database of performance and costs;Use project management tools to plan the project performance and cost baseline and assist the Project Manager in the forecasting.Monitor the performance and cost during the lifetime of the project;Liase with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers and contractors to monitor and control the data related to the project performance and costs;Cooperate with project teams during the project execution between offices and construction sites;Support project management team to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems;Support the Project Manager and business controllers in collecting the project performance and cost data, costs forecasting, analyzing the deviations, assessing the project financials;Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed.
