The dual role of Project Planning & Control + Lean Transformation Leader is designed to deliver on both areas, reporting to both E&P Business and Change Acceleration.
The Leader will be part of a team that strives to create performance excellence within TPS and Baker Hughes.
As a Project Planning, Control & Lean Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team and external services providers in order to generate, monitor and drive schedules for all contracts pertaining to a defined industry sector.
- Managing complex and cross-functional projects contributing to the overall business strategy, related but not limited to Planning area.
- Developing and maintain a robust operating rhythm for reporting key metrics, tracking systemic improvement, and identifying areas of opportunity with functions.
- Implementing and ensuring consistent communication and processes across business segments with a focus on all aspects of equipment delivery, i.e.
specification, order, manufacture, release, ship, and receipt.
- Implementing "early warning" identification of potential issues and drive RCA functional ownership to reduce "Cost to Recover" exposure.
- Supporting Project Management Leaders to achieve financial targets, with particular focus on timely sales recognition and portfolio linearity, drive quarterly Business Model update for assigned portfolio.
- Providing leadership and direction in all rewiring projects within the OTR value stream for both E&P and Service product companies.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have MSc.
in Business/Engineering.
- Have good experience in Industrial or O&G business.
- Have the ability to coach and mentor executive leaders and working teams and help them drive cultural changes within their organizations.
- Be able to simplify complex problems and solutions.
Ability to report them to the leadership team in an effective way.
- Have good knowledge of Energy Technology products (Gas and Steam Turbines, Centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressors, Industrial Plants) and their engineering/procurement/manufacturing cycles.
- Have consistent experience in Project Planning and / or Project Management.
Proven experience in Supply Chain planning and control roles.
- Be able to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.
