Join us!OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLEPrysmian is performing EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects for power transmission systems.
These projects involve the design, procurement of materials, construction, and installation of complex systems, such as high-voltage submarine and underground cables, interconnectors, and offshore wind farm connections.
The company provides comprehensive solutions for energy infrastructure, ensuring the efficient and reliable transmission of electricity across vast distances, including between countries and to remote offshore installations.This position is responsible for planning & monitoring complex, multi-year EPCI project(s) through identification and completion of critical path and parallel work activities to achieve optimum performance.Your Role:Develop project estimates and resource loaded schedules using Primavera 6 / MS Project softwareCalculate earned value management reporting parametersWork directly with the Project Managers and project team members to identify and resolve problems in the area of planning and scheduling for the project(s) responsibleDirectly monitor, control, consolidate and provide feedback to the project plans developedAssist project management team in preparation of project reporting, analysis and various reporting for managementConduct project progress monitoring including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to dateRegularly keep management informed of problems, issues, and status of the project against the base-line programDefine and prepare monthly KPIs and reporting in accordance with project requirementsYour Background:Bachelor/Master level qualification in relevant degree (Engineering, Science or Business).Proficient in use of ExcelProficient in use of MS ProjectFluent in English and good level of ItalianMinimum Experience:From 2 to 5 years of experience in project controls primarily in project planning and schedule development on Projects (construction and oil & gas environment is appreciated) or productionWorking Knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management SystemsExperience in defining and producing planning reports / dashboardsGood analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essentialAbility to work well as a team playerAvailability to travel (in & out of country) around 20/30 % of the timeYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
