About this opportunity Professional Scheduler / Project Planner will provide oversight of establishing initial project baseline through completion, acting as owner's representative for multiple projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare SOQ reviews and establishing accurate and effective schedule baselineDelayed project acceleration effortsRecurring monthly review of schedule submissions and engagement in progress meetingsCoordinate with client lease construction managers as well as lease providers monthly schedule updates and regular progress reportsCoordinate lessor schedule improvementActively involved in maintaining client relationsLiaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors with engagement key due to hybrid workingUnderstanding of contract management within planningResponsible for detailed schedule analysis of network logic and critical pathPerforms 'what if' scenarios for individual program management teamsPerforms schedule variance analysis by comparing baseline to schedulePerforms earned value analysis in support of assigned programs or projectsDevelop and maintain scheduling procedures for assigned programsEnsures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and qualityIdentifies, defines and addresses general problems that are typically within the immediate job areaUtilise prior experiences to support problem solving and/or standard procedures and basic analysisAdvising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insuranceAs a Gleeds team member, you will have access to: Opportunities to develop and grow your careerEmployee Assistance ProgrammeFlexible working arrangementsAbout You
Who we're looking for: Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills Proven scheduling/planner experience working for construction projects (5+ years)Strong experience in P6Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholdersSound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work as part of a teamFluency in EnglishAbout Us
