The Expansion Project Team, carried out by the company Logistica Giuliana, is planning and executing a phased project to integrate the facility into a fully automated state-of-the-art container terminal, utilizing advanced technologies and expertise.As part of our Expansion Project (Logistica Giuliana), the Project Planner Controller Lead supports Project Management with accurate budget control and project planning, developing the critical path and highlighting dependencies.
They ensure that weekly and monthly reporting of project controls (timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables) is implemented, including advice on possible improvements or recoveries.
The Project Planner Controller Lead is a pro-active communicator and collaborator across the project team, gathering and sharing information.
Lastly, they coordinate the Project Planning Controls department, monitoring team performance, providing constructive feedback, and guidance to ensure quality and productivity.What you can expectCreate an overall project planning (business asset incl.
permits licenses and interface projects) and update the planning regularly.Conduct critical path analysis with clear dependencies.Implement tools procedures for budget control including forecasting.Assign and prioritize tasks for team members, ensuring efficient distribution of workload to meet project deadlines.Set up and progress clear weekly and monthly reporting with input from other team members.Manage sub- or special projects.Confirm and check deliverables of sub- or special projects.Pro-actively engage with and obtain information from project stakeholders.Maintain and regularly update the project risk register.Support the Project Management as required.Champion Safety: Comply with all safety rules and foster a safety culture within the team.Support the department and business unit proactively by being willing to learn and contribute wherever needed.Act with integrity and accountability by ensuring all actions align with compliance guidelines.What you bring to the tableEnglish level C1 (Italian and German are a plus).5+ years of experience in (project) planning (incl.
critical paths, resources, etc.
