Reporting to: Project manager & Operational Director Foreign Projects Work location: Marcallo con Casone (MI), availability to relocate in project country MANDATORY (i.e. Egypt, Algeria), upon turnation as per company standard
The position has an important role on the project, supervising operational requirements, planning & scheduling, budget & cost control, required resources, risk analysis and project progress and his duties are:
Development of proper project planning, possibly at tender stage, along with required WBS, and further implementation as per site needs Proper input of required resources to reach level of production as per schedule, as well as coordination with Engineering, Procurement & Construction Departments for gathering the required informations Development of proper tools/KPIs for constant monitoring of production, progress and cost variation, if any Constant monitoring of project critical path Proper contribution to project team in case of claims and EOTs Development/coordination of daily, weekly and monthly reporting, both towards the Client and for internal use Requirements:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in standard planning tools such as Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project, as well as in Excel and Power Point; excellent knowledge of standard planning best practice such us WBS, EVA, etc. etc. 7-10 years of experience in Oil&Gas, Energy and/or Water Treatment sectors (minimum 4 years as Project Planner), possibly along the full project lifecycle, from initiating, planning, execution, controlling, commissioning and closing Fluent in English, both written and spoken, mandatory; French as second language, a plus Knowledge of MEP systems and scope of works, required; knowledge of civil works and possible interferences with MEP, a plus Previous international experience and used to foreign, multicultural and multiethnical environment, a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
