Partner with the best This is a fixed-term opportunity of 12 months. In the commercial phase, the resource is responsible for delivery analysis, slot allocation and risks identification (affecting deliveries) of opportunities, working in collaboration with Strategic Planning & Commercial team, coordinating with different functions for deal convertibility and acting as reference point for the sector assigned.
After order award, the resource is responsible to timely issue, update and control the Project Plan according to contractual requirements and quality policies, supporting project targets of Sales, Contribution Margin and Cash collection. The resource is involved on new units and/or site projects.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Preparing delivery analysis schedule (by project) according to customer requests & internal constraints, highlighting critical path and specific constraints. Assuring full process compliance to slotting/planning processes for his/her specific region, being primary responsible for deals visibility in planning systems. Assessing deal convertibility and supporting linearity process to meet organization sales and contribution margin targets. Issuing the Project Schedule (First Plan) agreed with OTR functions which is the baseline that sets target dates for the activities for Engineering, Sourcing and Manufacturing. Updating and reviewing the Project Schedule, to assess and verify the progress, identify current or possible future risks and propose solutions to issues; he/she is also responsible to maintain and regularly communicate to the Planning Coordinator the progress & main schedule risks for each project as well as assure full data quality of baseline and current versions of the plan Supporting the main Project Manager with all necessary elements to issue the Monthly Report according to contractual requirements. Together with Sourcing Fulfillment and Manufacturing Logistic teams, supporting the shipping process by Shipping Sales Order generation. In the post sales project support phase supporting the Site Operations organization after sales/shipment for data retrieval and issues resolution related to previous project planning activity. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering. Show Supply Chain, Production Management/Planning or Demand Planning experience. Display good knowledge of Energy/Oil & Gas products. Show good knowledge of planning software platforms (Oracle ERP, Microsoft Project). Show good knowledge of Office package. Be fluent both in Italian and in English (both written and spoken). Be able to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests in a timely manner. Be able to effectively interface at various management levels. Desired Characteristics
Good knowledge of Oil & Gas products (Centrifugal pumps, Fuel Gas System, Valves, Gas and Steam Turbines, Centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressors, Industrial Plants) and their engineering/procurement/manufacturing cycles. Experience as Industrial Plants PM, Planner, Project Engineer or Sourcing coordinator. Financial basics knowledge.
