Project Office & Product Launch Specialist

**MISSION**
Support the D&P Business Unit for all the steps necessary to guarantee the delivery of Bonfiglioli projects, being accountable for project order execution and ensuring teams' synergy serving as point of contact between the client and all internal departments involved.
Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, defining deadlines and keeping the Corporate, BU functions and plant/branches involved.
Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**
**Project Offer**
Support Sales Department in the offer phase, defining project scope, timing, cost evaluation and resources
**Project Plan**
- Identify risks and define proper risks mitigation plan
- Develop and properly communicate project schedule to internal & external stakeholders
- Define project schedule and cost management activities
**Project Execution**
- Direct management of project work
- Coordinate cross functional project teams and serve as a point of contact between the client and all internal departments involved
- Guarantee overall project targets (Schedule, Profitability, Quality, Timing) match
- Identify and implement corrective action in order to recover from baseline targets deviation
**Project Monitoring**
- Collect, analyze and report deviation from baseline targets (Scope, Risks, Schedule, Profitability, Quality)
- Prepare single projects and overall programs overview to be presented regularly to PM responsible and Top Management
- Perform regular alignment meeting with the team in order to monitor project status
**Project Closing**
- Follow the project until delivery or commissioning
- Perform lessons learned meetings and prepare documentation
