**Key tasks**
- Manage all project activities and retains the final responsibility for the execution of the Project.
Represents the Company towards the Customer and resolves all issues related to the implementation of the Project activities
- Direct and manage all aspects of multi-discipline projects from initiation through completion
- Define and control baseline scope, programme and allowances in line with the change management procedures
- Prepare the project execution plan for the execution of all project activities in accordance with the Company Business operating procedures and specific Customer/contract requirements
- Define the policies and processes for clear communications to all parties involved in the project
- Manage the preparation and regular update of the project programme against which project deliverables are monitored and controlled
- Establish a budget; monitor the costs against the budget, identify and implement remedial actions in case of overrun; report to the area / corporate the results on regular base
- Ensure the correct allocation of the resources necessary for carrying on and completing the project
- Ensure that the level of performance is in accordance with the Contract specifications, that the costs fall within the estimate limits, and that the execution time of the project phases progress as set down in the contract
Key requirements
- Around 5 years of previous experience in the oil & gas, energy and similar sectors
- An Engineering backgound
- English and French fluency
- Team working
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent abilities in managing people at all level of the organization
- Travels required especially to France
