Main responsibilities
Define project Scope of Work (SoW) and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Estimate and manage budget|costs based on SoW and resource requirements
Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities.
Manage assigned internal and external resources within the SoW of the project, provide a collaborative and performance driven environment
Liaise with internal groups to execute project deliverables
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks and issues
Track and monitor project progress and escalate issues|change requests to appropriate stakeholders
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verificationtechniques
Ensure that project deliverables are executed in accordance with Project Delivery Execution (PDE) methodologies and meet business requirements
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Utilize project management tools such as Jira & Confluence, Microsoft Project Professional, PPT, Excel etc.
What we are looking for
Holder of a University Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or in a related field
Over5 years of successful track record in managing a range of small to medium size projects of increasing complexity and business criticality with strong exposure in project management processes, techniques and tools is a must
Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Qualification is a must
Excellent negotiation skills, able to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders with differing opinions
Dynamic with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
Fluency in Greek and English
