Join us today and make a difference in people's lives!Project Manager, Sustainability (m/f/d)POSITION SUMMARYLivaNova has established a Sustainability strategy delivery program with global coordination to respond to regulatory requirements and commercial needs. The Sustainability commitment encompasses the Company's Sustainability Focus Areas – People, Products, and Planet.The Head of Sustainability drives the Sustainability governance structure and is accountable for successful prioritization and execution of the strategy and associated initiatives. The Sustainability Project Manager partners with the Head of Sustainability and is a member of the LivaNova LEIP team.The Sustainability Project Manager will be mainly responsible forAssisting the Head of Sustainability and ESG Task Force to execute against the Sustainability strategy with data gathering/analysis & PMO (project management) supportGather, format, and model global data to support regulatory requirementsDevelop, implement, monitor, and evolve process / data frameworks and controls to enable auditable and scalable informationPMO lead for Sustainability initiatives, which may foster business unit growth planningMaintaining the central framework for Sustainability requirementsKnowledge of all tools and technologies that support SustainabilityAssisting with Sustainability transformational change management internally and externallyESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSData aggregation and modeling, leveraging Lean methodology problem-solving toolsLead global as well as small- and large-scale project delivery, monitoring budget, resources, and timeline with minimal guidance and supervisionEnsure compliance to Regulatory standards, mapping risks and driving corrective actionsQuickly learn new processes, policies, and technologiesSeek, understand and critically apply Sustainability industry best practicesBuild best-practice-based processes and globally collaborate to ensure alignment / transparencyRobustly document processes via flow diagram, standard operating procedure (SOP), user guideImplement and enforce processes and controls that enhance ESG KPIs and financial disciplineKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESConsistently high-level communication skills (written and verbal)Lean-trained to organize, lead / co-lead, and deliver Lean events (Kaizens, workshops, etc.)Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while executing deliverablesAble to engage a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels (both internally and externally)Able to motivate and coach others at various skill levels, seniority, cultural backgroundRobust collaboration with multiple time zones and where English is not the native tongueQUALIFICATIONSMinimum of bachelor's degree in a critical thinking (e.g., Engineering) or ESG-related disciplineOrganizational and global project delivery and change management experience highly desirableLean or 6sigma training / certification highly desirableStrong Microsoft skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Macros)Ability to travel regionally and internationally with minimal guidance and supervisionWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOUIn addition to providing you with a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative environment where you will feel empowered to take ownership and drive meaningful change, we will reward you with the following:A dynamic role in an advanced Medical Device environment interfacing with all worldwide regulatory landscapes supporting your professional career growthExposure to a State-of-the-Art medical device development process, in close co-operation with international cliniciansCompetitive base salaryVariable short-term & long-term incentivesRecognition: through our STARS Program, we recognise and celebrate our colleagues' contributions and achievementsIf you like the sound of the above and feel energised by the idea of joining a great brand at a moment of exciting expansion, please apply now.
