Description In our Grid Integration (GI) business unit, we believe that data is the key to enable transparency. We're looking for a motivated self-starter Project Manager and Sustainability Data Analyst who is passionate about sustainability, managing data and tools, analysing trends, and recommending and implementing process improvements.We are looking for a creative and energetic with experience in business intelligence (BI) to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn environmental and sustainability data into knowledge. This position will support the Sustainability Portfolio Manager in prioritizing reporting needs and data capture, creating and managing master data sets, and building out/automating repeatable reports and tools.Your responsibilitiesEmpower effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources, validating and compiling it into a digestible and actionable formatEnsure seamless data flow between systems and guarantee reliable informationLead projects with analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tools to retrieve required information from suppliers, sales, and project deliveryDevelop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects. Additionally, create and maintain ongoing reportsMonitor and report on existing metrics and develop new metrics as requiredDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etcSupport automation to enable team scalabilityProactively identify opportunities to provide value to our Global Product Groups through dataYour backgroundUniversity degree in engineering, data analysis, computer science, natural sciences, or a comparable degreeExperience in project management and reportingExperience using very large datasets and simmplify it for different audiancesExperience scripting for automation (e.g., VBA macros, Python, Perl, Ruby)Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insightsPassionate about environmental systems, life cycle thinking, and product sustainabilityCreative #J-18808-Ljbffr
