FunctieomschrijvingRandstad Italia Inhouse Services is currently recruiting aTransverse Management Support Engineer,for an aerospace client based in Rome.ResponsabilitàTasksAdopt a holistic approach to analyse a system, focusing on the way that a system's constituent parts interrelate and how systems work over time and within the context of larger systems.Define requirements through a process using performance analysis, trade studies, constraint evaluation and cost/benefit analysis.Adopt a Model Based Systems Engineering and see how it serves as a basis for architecture.Provide System Engineers and Project Managers with advice on engineering environment and configure workbenches for System projects.Train and coach engineers on System engineering tooled-up processes and methods.Manage incidents and service requests raised by System engineers.Support data migration strategy for System engineering workbenches and take into account data structure.Contribute to the capitalisation and continuous improvement of System best practices and service offers (training sessions, guidelines, user manuals).Functie-eisenKnowledgeNotions of IVVQ (Integration/Verification/Validation/Qualification), R-A-M-T (Reliability/Maintainability/Availability/Testability) and associated norms standards.Familiar with System Architecting requirements and associated notions, methods processes: Architecture Vision, Operational Architecture, System Architecture, Technical Architecture, Opportunities Solutions, Migration Planning, Implementation Governance, Architecture Change Management.Knowledge in Software development and digital transformation.Good technological culture.RequirementsMaster's degree from an Engineering University (Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science…).Soft skillsAbility to train and coach engineers in your responsibility scope.You are convincing and persuasive.You are resourceful and structured.You are dynamic and meticulous.
