About the role
For our company Progetti Srl in Milan (MI), we are looking for a Project Manager Solar, Wind & BESS (m/f/d) What you will do Ensuring on-time and on budget execution of projects in Italy from late stage of development until CODProject team coordination, comprising of procurement, legal, technical, construction, PPA, sales and financingTechnical project management activities with interface functions between the engineering team and construction partnersProjects activities supervision of compliance with local, national and international regulationsQuality check and frequent site presence of projects construction works and servicesSecuring internal investment approvals and management of the economic aspects of the contractsEnsuring compliance with internal processes and standardsManagement of relationship with 3rd-party advisors, service providers, contractors and external stakeholders (e.g. municipalities, grid operators, regional bodies) What you will need to succeed Business or technical university degreeQualified professional experience in project management, ideally in renewable energy, at least 5 yearsHigh degree of self-responsibility, entrepreneurial understanding and flexibilityGood negotiation management, coupled with high sensitivity to different mentalities and practices in an international business environmentWillingness to deepen knowledge of site-securing, interconnection and permitting processes as well as financial modelling of renewable projectsFluent spoken and written business English and ItalianHigh willingness to travel throughout Italy Soft skills Excellent English communication skills, both written and spokenExcellent time management skills with an ability to manage a range of priorities and stakeholders with tight deadlinesAbility to translate analysis into practical and implementable recommendations What We Are Ready To Offer You Smart workingInternational team (86 different nationalities working for BayWa r.e. across the globe)Flat hierarchies, an open culture and plenty of leeway for your ideasModern office ambience (height-adjustable desks, additional monitors, ergonomic chairs, etc.)
