As a **Project Manager - Solar Water Heating** you will report to Solar Water Heaters Platform and you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Participate in the definition of the new product range for the platform;
- Maintain/change existing products in order to enlarge the products range, to reach cost saving and quality improvement;
- Manage costs, quality and timing of development/maintenance projects;
- Coordinate and participate in the design of the new mechanical components and product modifications;
- Coordinate and participate to the test planning and validation phase;
- Manage the bill of materials and industrialization process;
- Coordinate globally the activities of our overseas Competence Centers.
**QUALIFICATION**:
- Master/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent);
- 3-4 years of professional experience in the R&D department in automotive and white goods sector (preferably HVAC sector);
- experience in managing project teams and acting as interface with different functions (marketing, quality, purchasing, plant);
- experience in managing multiple projects with dedicated budget, priorities and tasks, in a fast-paced multinational environment;
- familiarity with mechanical components design and 2D/3D design software as Cadra/Solidworks;
- analytical, planning and problem solving skills;
- ability to manage people and consistently meet deadlines;
- Fluent English
