What you will do We are looking for a Project Manager Security & BMS able to manage the projects under their own responsibility in terms of budget, planning, and resources.
The ideal candidate will maintain relations with the customer, evaluate any variation to the contracts, and produce periodical reports to show the project trends to their responsible.
How you will do it Overall responsibility for completing assigned installation projects ensuring on-time delivery of projects, within scope with zero or positive deviation.
Lead creation and maintenance of the project plan.
Work with the customer's project management to coordinate major milestones and resolve schedule issues.
Manage project budgets looking for solutions that can improve profit.
Control cost and maximize productivity through the utilization of effective tools, processes, and products.
Define project schedule in accordance with customer requirements and internal resources availability.
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Build a positive work environment with colleagues.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
Cooperate with other teams and share information across the organization.
What we look for University degree in Engineering.
At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing work schedules.
Availability for frequent travel in Italy and abroad.
Familiarity with IT tools, IT applications, and networks including switch configuration.
Problem-solving skills.
