About the JobWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Security and Building Management Systems (BMS) projects within our Integrated Solutions portfolio.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of projects, including budget, schedule, resources, and deliverable qualityMaintain strong relationships with internal and external clientsAssess contract changes and provide regular project updates to stakeholdersDrive project success through effective leadershipHow You Will Deliver ResultsTake full responsibility for successful project deliveryCollaborate with customer project teams to coordinate milestones and resolve scheduling conflictsOversee budgets and identify opportunities to enhance profitabilityMake informed decisions under pressure to keep the project on trackUnderstand customer needs and provide recommendations and briefings to ensure alignment and satisfactionBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships as their primary point of contactFoster a positive and productive project environment and build strong relationships with colleaguesWhat We Look ForA University degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in Security or BMS projectsTechnical skills in managing the full project lifecycle, technical documentation, non-specific software, BMS knowledge, and communication protocols used in BMSLanguage skills: Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spokenAdaptability and ability to travel frequently within Italy and internationallyAbout Our CompanyJohnson Controls is a global diversified technology and multi-industrial leader serving a wide range of customers in more than 150 countries.
