For a renewables company with more than 15 years of operations in Italy, we're looking for a Project Manager.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Head of Project Management, the candidate will be in charge of the development of a part of the portfolio of wind, solar energy, battery storage and H2 projects, from identifying the site to securing the land and the permits until construction starts.The main tasks include: Identification of new greenfield opportunities for wind, solar, H2 and battery storage projects; Development of several projects, securing land lease agreements, consultation with various local stakeholders, monitoring the development of projects in all the aspects; Maintain good relationships with local authorities, at political and regulatory level, landowners, tenants and local communities; Coordination of all the parties involved in the projects (consultants, advisors, local authorities, grid companies, suppliers, etc.) and reporting to the Project manager Leader; Supervise the work of subcontractors or consultants to ensure quality and conformance to specifications or budgets Project scheduling management through activities definition, sequencing, resources, and duration estimation; Application for necessary permits; Ensure the offtakes allow efficient structuring of the project in close link with other streams (permits, procurement, financing…) so that the project can reach construction in a timely way Internal coordination and reporting; Provide technical support for the design, construction, or commissioning of wind/solar farm projects; Your ProfileThe ideal candidate should possess the following requirements: Master's degree in engineering or business administration, with specialisation in renewable energy, environment or project management; Solid work experience (+7 years) in similar tasks in the renewables industry; Good knowledge of technical software: AUTOCAD, Office, Google Earth.Location: PerugiaThe final offer will be commensurated to the level of experience and the salary expectations of the selected candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
