We entrust this to you: Management and organization of guided tours: Coordinating requests, developing customized programs, and conducting tours in German, Italian, and English. Coordination and collaboration with stakeholders: Aligning tour programs with partner organizations in the NOI Techpark. Improving the visitor experience: Continuously evaluating the customer journey and implementing optimizations. Developing new offers: Designing and implementing innovative tour formats to increase attractiveness. Management and reporting: Planning, registering visitors, collecting feedback, and preparing reports.
