RINA is looking for a Project Manager (Ports & Marine Facilities) for its office in Genoa or Milan.
Main Tasks
Work closely with client groups to understand and facilitate business requirements and expectations
Lead projects from initial concept, through the planning process to implementation
Prepare work plans, schedules, and budgets
Monitor and reports project resources, scheduling, and budget performance
Oversee the achievement of project financial performance and profitability targets.
Maintain internal and external relations through communication with clients and project teams
Communicate Quality and Project Management requirements to project teams
Manage project scope, and risk and procurement management processes
Oversee project work elements and team members during project execution
Develop and implements document controls, communication protocols, and other Project Management systems
Prepare reports and other associated documentation for project review meetings
Review contracts and ensures contract requirements are documented according to theQuality Management System
Recommend and develops best practices for Project Services and consistently implements them across projects
Perform other duties as required
Experience and Requirements:
Master degree in engineering or another related field.
5 - 10 years' experience in a similar role in infrastructure project with particular reference to Ports/Marine Facilities Formal training or experience in project management (professional designation would be an asset) and experience with MS Project/Primavera P6 and other Project Management software Possess previously demonstrated of superior planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to work under pressure on multiple and competing deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Collaborative teamwork and leadership style and ability to work with staff located remotely Fluency in English French will be considered as a strong plus
