Job description
The cross-functional projects need to be managed among the Divisional Organizations, such as Marketing, Design, Product Engineering, Applications, Operations, Quality & Reliability, FE R&D, Package /BE R&D, F/E and B/E Plants.
The Project Manager is responsible:
- To define the Project Budget and Project Targets during NPR definition /Product Feasibility
- To lead, inform and motivate the project team, negotiating with team members to reach decisions during the full duration of the project with the mission to achieve:
- Time to market - compliance to program Milestones (adherence to program schedule baseline)
- Development budget (adherence to project cost baseline)
Product specs and quality targets compliance (adherence to scope baseline)
- To drive Project Changes and Risks management
Profile
- Project Management tools know how
- Product Development Flow knowledge
- Excellent soft skills in leadership, negotiation, communication, self-starter and Knowledge Sharing
- Strong team working and networking
- Fluent English
- Preferred Technically knowledgeable in silicon/package manufacturing, quality processes
- Preferred PMP certification.
