About the Company: For a multinational market leader in consumer electronics, our Recruitment Engineer is looking for a Project Manager PIM.
Core Responsibilities: You will manage and lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives which may be large scale, high impact projects with moderate risk and complexity. The primary focus will be on strategic projects related to:
Product Information Management (PIM) platform;Pricing strategies projects;Assortment Management and Purchasing projects.You will be responsible for all aspects of a project, from start to finish, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and meeting defined success criteria. You will focus on problem-solving and will have the ability to propose workable solutions. You will contribute by:
Managing large-scale, complex projects that may involve multiple internal and external partners;Developing the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts;Identifying, assessing, and resolving project risks;Conducting project events like Kick Off, Status Update Meeting, Steering Committee, etc.;Evaluating business processes, performing requirements analysis, and uncovering areas for improvement;Working closely with Business Stakeholders and Software Engineers;Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements;Performing and coordinating user acceptance testing.Must Have: A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Project Management;Experience in PIM/DAM project management;Bachelor or Master degree (e.g., in IT, Management, Business, etc.);Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects;Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills;The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;Excellent documentation skills;Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations;Team player, collaborative with a remarkable client-first attitude;Concrete, rational, and able to work with tight deadlines;Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Nice to Have: Experience in the Retail Market;PMP/PMI/Prince2 Certification and an Agile/Scrum Certification.Location: Verano Brianza (MB).
