Project Manager - Pharma Api

Purpose of the position: Ensure efficient project management and delivery of projects relating to APIs for internal New Development Projects & Continuous Life Cycle Management on global level Pharma portfolio; reporting directly to the VP I&D API; Cross functional interaction with Sales and Plant departments for third party-customer related API projects; Support the organization activities related to the I&D API projects.
Main Responsabilities: Coordination and support in the working groups within Pharma API for all in-house related projects at all stages from pre-feasibility to commercial phase; Organizing regular cross functional work group meetings/calls to monitor the progress of the internal API projects, interacting with API Global Sourcing, QA Portfolio and external stakeholders from other business units; Organizing regular cross functional work group meetings/calls to monitor the progress of the API projects for third party customers; Write the minutes of the meetings and teleconferences; Interacting with the API I&D team for the collection of information and for the monitoring of the status of the different projects.
Requirements: Master's in pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology or biology area, MBA will be a plus; At least 2 year's experience as an industrial project manager in a pharmaceutical area; Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English; Good organizational, planning and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of IT tools for project management; Ability to set priorities and ensure deadlines are met by coordinating the project team; Good communication and coordination attitudes, technical competencies, decision making, critical thinking.
