Project Manager - PermittingInternational company working in the Renewable Energy Sector is looking for a Project Manager.DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for a portfolio of renewable PV BESS projects to bring them to RtB.Main Activities:Provide support in the origination phase;Management of assigned pipeline of Renewable, agri-PV BESS Projects;Detect, analyse and mitigate risks of the projects;Management of the permitting until reaching RtB status;Maintain and consolidate existing relationships with co-developers, administration, suppliers, investors, and stakeholders involved in the project;Project planning, budget definition, and monitoring;Preparation of internal reports and reports for clients;Management of Renewable Energy projects, focused on future tenders, in all variants of project management;Manage relationships with the Administration, suppliers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders;Provide support to the environment, business, and land departments in their tasks;Coordination of the technical studies required to comply with the different authorisations to build.
Search for possible local alliances to support development;Support to the company's departments dedicated to Storage and Renewable Gases.ProfileThe ideal Project Manager:Has a minimum experience of 3 or 4 years as Permitting Project Manager;Is used to interacting with MASE, Regioni, comuni, and Terna.
Having authorised projects - AU and/or PAUR and PAS is a plus.
