Context:
Contributing to the structuring of our Key Accounts team as part of Agicap's move up-market. This central position serving our key accounts involves extensive client interaction and coordination across various Agicap teams.
Missions:
Structuring a new implementation approach for our strategic accounts: Organizing and leading kick-off sessions for deploying new key accounts. Supervising and coordinating technical processes for the setup of customized solutions. Coordinating Teams. Collaborating closely with internal teams, including customer service, product management, and IT, to ensure successful implementation. Serving as the central point of contact for all communications related to strategic accounts. Enhancing the current team's project management skills. What we are looking for:
A degree from a top business school or engineering school. 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a management consulting firm, financial consulting firm, or as a deployment project manager (tools, programs, etc.). Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to drive and engage project stakeholders. Organizational rigor and project management skills. Interest in financial issues and cash management. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to a high-growth environment. Ability to work with diverse teams (sales, CS, marketing, product, etc.).
