Missions: ?? Structuring a new implementation approach for our strategic accounts:
· Organizing and leading kick-off sessions for deploying new key accounts.
· Supervising and coordinating technical processes for the setup of customized solutions.
· Coordinating Teams
· Collaborating closely with internal teams, including customer service, product management, and IT, to ensure successful implementation.
· Serving as the central point of contact for all communications related to strategic accounts.
