POSITION PURPOSE**:
As the NPI Specialist, you will act as an ambassador for the Customer Support organization, being the point-of-contact for all NPI matters relating to Customer Support on projects and/or tasks assigned to you.
This involves providing input, guidance and support to your Project Team(s) in order to ensure a consistent quality mindset and process adherence to ensure the successful launch of new, high quality products in the market.
**General Responsibilities**:
- Actively participate in project core teams (determined by the NPI Program Lead) representing the Customer Support organization
- Develop the launch readiness plans on assigned projects, assuring Customer Support readiness
- Coordination across sites and regions while working on multi-site projects (e.g.
module, platform)
- Coordination with AMPIP Core team (Parts, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing, Product Management, Purchasing and Quality)
- Coordination and timely execution of AMPIP Service Deliverables
- Definition of Service targets and engagement with the project team to achieve those targets
- Reporting of Service readiness and KPI's at the different project stages
- Definition of Service related project investments (e.g.
technical documentation, diagnostic content, machines for training purposes)
- Attend to the OPC relatated to the different production Facility ( Hesston, Santa Rosa, Breganze, Yanzou, Wolfenbuettel, Feucht, Marktdoberdorf)

Requirements**:
- Degree in a Technology, Agricultural, Engineering or Sciences discipline or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical supporting role (Tech.
Service, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, etc.
)
- Knowledge of product design and the product's intended functionality
- Willingness to work effectively with cross-functional business partners locally and globally
- Comprehensive analytical skills with the capacity to make effective decisions
- Experience with mobile equipment (such as agricultural, construction or forestry equipment; on/off-road trucks; or automobiles) will be a plus
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
