**Project Manager - Multidisciplinary Engineering Projects**:

Project Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:
Describe, in an "optimized" sequence, the production phases of products.
Define production workflows in close integration with product design.
Collaborate on adapting production technologies to meet product and manufacturing requirements.
Manage issues related to the production process.
Design elements of the production process.
Propose product modifications to improve manufacturability.
Develop innovative process techniques and technologies.
Contribute to identifying the best available technologies for product manufacturing.
Participate in the validation of functional and RF tests.
Develop and optimize functional and RF tests.
Define and draft functional test specifications.
Analyze the technical requirements of the product and its intended functionalities.
Analyze the product's electronic board and the specified requirements.
Develop ICT, functional, and vision tests.
Develop, validate, and optimize SPI and AOI programs.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
Basic technical knowledge (mechanical, electromechanical/electronic, computer science);
Use of mechanical CAD;
Proficiency in Matlab;
Knowledge of industrial automation;
Knowledge of PLCs;
Basic concepts of robotics;
Understanding of production cycles;
Debugging/maintenance of test systems;
Knowledge of automotive communication protocols;
Familiarity with SPEA development environments (Leonardo Express);
Familiarity with Seica development environments;
Understanding the fundamentals of measurement;
Knowledge of electrical measurements;
Knowledge of electronic measurements;
Automated Test Equipment (ATE);
Development of ATE programs using LabView/Matlab;
Use of National Instruments tools (LabView, TestStand);
Use of electronic CAD;
Use of RF instrumentation;
Knowledge of wireless transmission systems (BT, WiFi, GSM, GPS);
Development of automated test systems for wireless devices;
Knowledge of statistical analysis of process data;
Ability to develop AOI inspection programs on Omron Hw/Sw;
Ability to develop SPI inspection programs on Koh Young Hw/Sw;
Knowledge of IPC reference standards;
Understanding of SMD processes and their main defects;
Knowledge of automated inspection systems;
Familiarity with ISO 26262 standard.
**Education**: A degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields (PMP certification is a plus).
**Experience**:
At least 3 years of experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving hardware, software, and mechanical design.
Previous experience in matrix organizations and ISO9001/IATF16949 environments is preferred.
**Language**: Excellent English communication skills (minimum B1 level).
