Offerta Key accountabilities Management of the project delivery on a day-to-day basis, addressing change and resource requests.Project governance set-up and running (project / steering committee: preparing material, presenting, drafting minutes and following up on actions).Oversight and management of internal and external communications.Project planning and organisation of relevant meetings in line with the Euronext Project Management policy.Monitoring and reporting on the scope of the project.Identification, tracking, management, resolution and escalation of Issues & Risks.Client engagement and availability, supported by Product Owners, Sales and Business Operations.Coordination of associated projects with the Market and the CSD, or management of the project across the value chain, depending on the project.Consolidated project reporting.Management of third-party vendors.Respecting key processes such as GDPR and InfoSec processes. Competenze ed esperienza Ideal Profile and skills At least 4 years' project management experience, delivering projects from start to finish.Experience working in an international and culturally diverse organization.Experience with the agile project management methodology is a plus.Excellent interpersonal skills - working with teams from various locations and departments, and interacting with varying levels of seniority across the organization.Excellent oral and written communication and influencing skills, capable of interacting effectively with business product and operation experts as well as with executive level management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of financial markets.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Mastering of English as a working language is a must.
