AVK-SEG Ltd is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our ongoing projects in Milan, Italy.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale electrical and mechanical installations within the energy and data centre sectors.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, coordinating project activities, setting project timelines, and leading the project from inception through to delivery.
You will also be expected to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their requirements and expectations are met.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, particularly within the energy and construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficient in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and manage cross-functional project activities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices within the construction industry.
- Ability to assess project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Eligibility to work in Italy without additional sponsorship.
