Project Manager Meetings & Events, Sports, BCD Meetings & Events Italy
Fulltime, located in Florence area (Remote in Italy)
Temporary role for maternity leave replacement
The Project Manager, Sports owns and manages client relationships and manage accommodation, travel and transfers arrangements as per client request.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Hotel contracting;
Air and rail ticketing, individual and group;
Individual and group hotel stays;
Catering services (coffee breaks, business lunches, dinners) both in hotel and outside;
Individual and group transfers;
Management of charter flight services;
Support in managing paperwork for obtaining visas;
Skills:
You have several years of professional experience with organizing meetings and events.
Confident handling of Microsoft-Office products;
Service orientation and aplomb in dealing directly with people;
Team orientation, communication and cooperation skills, confident and friendly demeanor;
Process-oriented, proactive & solution-oriented working style;
Precise work and high-quality standards;
Commitment, flexibility and willingness to learn in all areas;
Aptitude for teamwork;
Good knowledge of the gds AMADEUS booking system;
Availability to make business trips if necessary in occasion of events and projects related to the client followed;
Good English knowledge;
Good spirit of initiative and reliability;
Good relationship skills;
