Project Manager (M/F/D)

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination and monitoring of customer projects in various European countries.
In this key role, you will work in close cooperation with different departments within the company, manage various projects and ensure that the defined objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
You will give particular importance to the effective involvement of customers and internal stakeholders.
Your tasks Organisation of projects in all phases: definition, planning, implementation, controlling and completion Structuring of project tasks and setting of priorities among international projects Supervision and organisation of various teams throughout the project lifespan Coordination of resources to ensure an efficient allocation and an optimal and constant availability Promotion of cooperation, communication and productivity within the team and the company Building and maintenance of customer relationships during the implementation and installation of MiCROTEC solutions Your profile The experience in managing various projects in the field of complex technical devices and systems is an advantage Technical training or several years of technical work experience in the industrial sector The Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project is an advantage Strong analytical skills and solution-orientated approach to complex issues Excellent German and English, the knowledge of italian is an advantage Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork Strong hands-on mentality, strong implementation, and conflict resolution skills Accurate and structured way of working Willingness to travel domestically and abroad Driving license MiCROTEC – WORLD LEADING WOOD SCANNING SOLUTIONS MiCROTEC is the global technology and market leader in intelligent wood property recognition for optimizing the use in the wood processing industry and has been setting the standards in this market since 1980.
