YOUR ROLE Working inside Program Management Organization of Power Transistor Sub-Group, the candidate will coordinate product development projects in complex environments.
In this scope, the candidate will ensure the achievement of project objectives (compliance with deadlines, costs and quality) by ensuring an effective focus of the different teams working on project on the tasks assigned to each of them.
Significant activities: Participate in defining the schedule in relation to the project objectives, identify and optimize the critical path.
Establish and coordinate project CORE team (at the appropriate frequency).
Identify, evaluate and manage risks by proposing preventive measures and supporting change.
Interact with technical functions to provide the necessary support in the identification of the solution offered to the customer.
Prepare and lead project reviews (monitor progress and milestones).
Communicate on project's progress.
Identify and manage contingencies (delays, resources, compliance with commitments) by proposing appropriate solutions/corrective measures.
Ensure that project documentation is available (operating procedures, procedures).
Ensure the proper use of project management tools and methods.
Verify the conformity of all deliverables.
Close the project and capitalize on the know-how, experience, and best practices acquired, as well as on the errors to avoid.
Setup relationship and communication channels with customer and/or partners through regular meetings, daily sync-up and any other way to deal.
Setup targets and expectations with customers/partners according to working models and capabilities, beyond internal deliverables through generation of dedicated documentation and clearly stating key agreement and decisions in the relevant forums.
YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCES Master's degree in business engineering or scientific technologies.
Minimum 2 years of experience as PMO or Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical engineering is preferred).
Understanding of project management methods and tools (dashboards, planning, budget...).
English business proficiency.
Problem-solving skills.
Risk management skills.
Organizational skills.
Knowledge of basic statistics and process capability indicators.
Familiarity or even knowledge of Traction Inverter systems is very appreciated.
Experience in management of cross-functional teams is very appreciated.
Strong leadership skills.
Negotiation networking skills.
Ability to consolidate information and effectiveness of verbal and written communication.
