Role Summary: As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all assigned projects/contracts, from the arrival of the order to the complete fulfillment of the supply and invoicing.
You will be the focal point for the client regarding the progress of the project and coordination between various company functions, ensuring compliance with the schedule and the company's objectives.
Responsibilities: Applies and observes project management office operating procedures.Performs detailed contract analysis to verify all necessary requirements for system entry.Identifies and highlights discrepancies that prevent contract processing.Oversees the entry of the order into the system and the creation of internal orders/projects.Prepares the Contract Review Meeting and verifies the completeness of information provided by Sales.Records and updates all suspensions with the customer until resolution.Monitors parameters and intermediate objectives of the project.Performs project control with involved functions.Monitors possible penalties applicable to managed projects/contracts.Visits clients and attends meetings as needed.Analyzes contract change requests from customers.Schedules billing according to payment terms and oversees entry into the system.Manages documentation for client approval.Coordinates the operational activities of the Document Controller.Requirements: Experience in managing direct relationships with customers.Experience in multinational contexts.Previous experience as Project Manager/Project Engineer.Fluent in Italian and English.Good organizational skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.What we offer: Friendly multicultural environment and team events.Life, accident, and health insurance.Cafeteria Package.Career development and training opportunities.Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems.
