You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals and provide overall leadership to guide your project team towards successful project results.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Coordinates all aspects of IT infrastructure specific projects from initiation to delivery
- Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments
- Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Identifies, tracks, monitors, communicates and manage project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of IT projects
- Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of project management
- Support and actively participate in developing best practices and tools for project execution and management
In addition to that, we believe you have:
- IT competence and experience, to understand and challenge the different activities, such as technical, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing etc.
- Project management certificates, such as PMP, Prince2 or equivalent is added advantage though not essential
We believe you have ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, as well as ability to communicate efficiently with all organizational levels (co-workers, managers, steering committee, 3rd party vendors) from different countries and culture.
**As Project Manager you need the ability to**:
