What we are looking for We are looking for a dynamic and motivated project manager capable of managing complex projects in the IoT sector.
System Management is in the midst of an important growth phase: project activities are constantly increasing and need to be managed and organized with professionalism and determination.
The position will be responsible for coordinating operational activities with partner companies while ensuring a professional interface with senior figures such as executives and client decision-makers.
Requirements: Prior project management experience, preferably in the IoT/Video surveillance or related field Experience in managing high-profile clients and communicating with internal and external stakeholders Experience with project management methodologies (e.g.
Agile, Waterfall) and use of project management tools (e.g.
Microsoft Project) Experience in budget management and cost forecasting Knowledge of techniques to identify, assess, and mitigate risks during the project life cycle Familiarity with productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams), as well as document and project report management Skill in interpreting data and technical reports to make informed decisions, with emphasis on performance and quality aspects of the project Familiarity with occupational safety laws and regulations (e.g., Legislative Decree 81/08 in Italy) to ensure that work on the site is carried out safely and in compliance with regulations Experience in defining performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously monitoring project progress against set goals Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in dealing with the unexpected Excellent time, resource and task management skills Excellent mediation skills and aptitude for teamwork Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication skills.
