Project Manager - Group M&A

**Description**
Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Identifyng, analysing and proposing potential M&A deals
- Leading M&A transactions undertaken by the Group on the basis of the delegation from the Group Head of M&A
- Ensuring the preparation of the necessary reporting for the internal decision making process related to M&A
- Managing the intra Group M&A activities and coordination of all the support internal function
- Coordination of potential external advisors involved in the transaction
**Qualifications**
**Must have**
- Degree ideally in economics of Finance
- At least 4 years seniority in M&A (ideally related to insurance companies and asset managers)
- Italian and English mandatory; fluency in other languages welcome
