For our Headquarters in Ora (South Tyrol, Italy) or even remotely we are looking for a
Project Manager Finance (M/F/d).
Key responsibilities:
- You are the person-to-meet for the global finance department regarding group-wide process improvement questions and the digital transformation of finance operations
- You are the global finance business partner for conception, implementation, harmonization and continuous improvement of finance processes and projects across all our global subsidiaries, BUs and Branches
- You develop and document our finance processes, ensuring delivery of the requirements for finance stakeholders
- You will provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery/development and go-live phases of key projects such as New Branch Openings/PMIs
- You will create value through assessing, developing and harmonizing our backbone systems in finance, as well as enabling the finance teams to effectively use and connect various cross-functional processes and tools
- You understand the full end-to-end process and be able to communicate the requirements in a manner that technical specialists can work with
Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, focused on finance, accounting, controlling and/or information systems
- You have at least 3-5 years experience in finance, ideally in a highly digitized / system-based environment
- You are enthusiastic about transforming businesses, while having gained sound experience in process management, digitization initiatives and business intelligence in an international business environment
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills with a holistic understanding of finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R), ideally acquired in an international audit company
- You are able to work with cross-functional departments and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from all hierarchies
- You have very good communication and interpersonal skills
- You are fluent in English.
German and/or Italian would be desirable but are not essential
