Key Accountabilities: Manage relationships with customers and implement an approach of total customer focus.Be responsible for operational arrangements and delivery of assigned services and projects in the area.Ensure the delivery according to the established Service Delivery Plan, ensuring respect of the costs, time and quality agreed.Collaborate with account manager to prevent and anticipate any difficulties in delivery.Overview the planning process to maintain an effective and efficient workflow.Efficiently organize human resources available, promoting communication and teamwork within the project team.Oversee auditors' qualification against applicable criteria, including periodical performance review, calibration, and training.Conduct periodic control processes, reporting to the line manager on the progress of the work, the quality of activities performed, and deliverables, while anticipating the needs for particular interventions or contractual revisions.Interact with relevant internal functions (sales, administration, planning, invoicing, etc.) for proactive end-to-end management of projects in scope, including DNV offices in other countries.Perform typical back-office tasks in support of project management, such as regular updating and control of datasets; coordination of information exchange and workflows; collection, technical review, and approval of audit results and reports; monitoring performance indicators, customer requirements, and deadlines; preparation of internal quality and performance reports for direct and top management.Engage in regular on-site activities, primarily within own-managed projects.What We Offer: A challenging, varied, and responsible job in a dynamic and international environment with plenty of opportunities for personal growth.Great colleagues who value teamwork and support.Attractive total compensation package including profit market share (company performance bonus), pension scheme, accident insurance, partially covered health expenses, meal vouchers, and welfare plan.Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).Interesting and challenging projects, both national and international.Working with forward-thinking customers and leading experts across the business.DNV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to gender, religion, race, national or ethnic origin, cultural background, social group, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age, or political opinion. Position Qualifications: Work experience in coordination and end-to-end management of projects related to supplier audits, business sustainability, including risk management, responsible sourcing and procurement, ESG, and/or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).Experience and understanding of assurance and auditing foundational skills preferred.Experience with supplier social responsibility assessment programs and social audit schemes (APSCA certified auditor; SMETA Lead Auditor; SA 8000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is a value-added.Fluent in Italian and excellent knowledge of the English language.Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools.Completed higher education degree course.
