Project Manager-Development Of Wind, Solar And P2X Projects

Primary Responsibilities: Based in Milan, the Project Manager will report to the Country Manager for Italy.
Main duties and responsibilities are related to the Italian market and include:Identifying, assessing and facilitating new project development opportunities for wind, solar, BESS and P2X.Performing feasibility and risk assessment studies on projects.Managing the budget and resources allocated to the assigned projects.Taking ownership of assigned projects throughout the permitting stage, ensuring that the pillars of "land, grid and permit" are managed efficiently and effectively.Sourcing and proposing project acquisition opportunities, including participation in potential MA transactions.Coordinating external project developers or professionals, assuring compliance with the signed agreements and deliverables.Handing over and supporting the assigned projects' construction phase.The Mandatory Profile:At least two years of experience working with the development of renewable energy projects (mainly wind and/or solar).Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.Verifiable experience in "greenfield" project development in Italy, spanning from land scouting to RTB phase, including knowledge and compliance with national, regional and local regulations, managing the grid connection request/acceptance process, negotiating/managing land contracts, etc.Outstanding project management skills.Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to work on several projects in different regions simultaneously.Prepared to travel often, mainly in Italy.Furthermore, you could have experience/skills in:Managing the construction of utility-scale wind or PV plants until commissioning phase.Storage and P2X projects.Written and oral communication in other languages.What is Offered:An international and collaborative working environment with great personal development opportunities.Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato.
