Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 125 offices worldwide.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Milan.
As the Project Manager, you will be managing all aspects of the project, from planning to execution.Responsibilities:Manage the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction to commissioning, ensuring that the project is completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Manage a team of project staff, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project objectives are met.Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure that project requirements are met and any issues are resolved.Ensure that all aspects of the project, including safety, quality, and environmental standards, are in compliance with industry regulations and standards.Manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective action as necessary.Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, including progress updates, budget status, and risk management.QualificationsExperience in the construction industry, with strong CSA skills.More than 5 years of experience in Data center, pharma or industrial projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.Knowledge of project management software tools and techniques.Fluent in English and Italian.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
