Project Manager - Compressor Plants

Project Manager - Compressor Plants The position will be based in Milan (ITALY). Reporting will be in direct line to Vice President Operations.


Responsibilities:Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projectsInteract with headquarter engineering dept. for technical definition and finalization of bare compressorDraft material requisitions / specifications for drivers and main auxiliaries; request quotation to local and global sub-vendorsEnsuring that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project riskMonitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specificationsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical data sheets and material requisitionsAttendance to Technical and Management meetings with Clients and Vendors Required skills:Proven working experience (at least 4/5 years) as project manager in similar technological sector (Industrial Plants - Oil & Gas) preferably at OEMsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsAutoCADMS OfficeFluent written and spoken EnglishBasic knowledge of SAPPMP/ IPMA certification is a plus Education and requirements:Master Degree in Electronics/Automation/Mechanical/Aeronautical EngineeringProactivity and flexibilityGood communication skills, ability to adapt to different cultures, customers and colleaguesWillingness to international travel inside Europe and Middle East Disponibilità oraria: Full Time
