IBM Project Manager - Change Management in Milano, ItalyIntroductionIn this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.
Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for talented, curious people to provide project support through ownership and management of project documentation and facilitation of project team communications.
You will set up the project control book, enter data, track issues and changes, produce status reports, and handle financial and procurement transactions.
You will support general contract management through asset management, audit readiness, financial process support, issues management, measurements reporting, project plan execution, and, where applicable, request for service.As a Change/Adoption Manager, you will be responsible for managing the creation and adoption management of a new GenAI-based tool.
This includes coordinating with the agile team, managing third-party vendors, creating project plans, and managing relationships between business units.
You will also be responsible for prioritizing tasks, defining roles and responsibilities, and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the tool.Required Technical and Professional Expertise3-4 years of previous experience in a similar roleBachelor's or master's Degree (Engineering or Economics preferred studies)Advanced Italian proficiency (C2)Intermediate level of English knowledge (B1/B2)Good interpersonal and communication skillsAble to establish strong relationships with clientsLocated in Milan areaPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExperience with agile methodologiesExperience with innovation factoriesExperience with GenAI projectsAbout IBM ConsultingIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market-leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
