About The Role
As a Project Manager, Capital projects, you will manage engineering projects in accordance with established schedules and budgets. You will provide support for capital planning and project execution. Additionally, you will assist in the change management process by serving as the engineering representative.
How You Will Contribute Lead and/or provide support to project execution within Engineering departmentCoordinate project teams during the entire life-cycle of a Project, including feasibility studies, vendor selection, scheduling, installation, commissioning and qualificationSupport engineering department for the delivery of compliant and robust engineered solutions to improve efficiency of systems and equipment based upon best practices.Supports the planning and execution of site capital investment projects to ensure that projects are on time and on budgetSupport the request and approval process for capital fundingGuarantee the adequate project cost and cash-flow management, by supporting the forecasting processParticipate in coordination and supervision of external suppliers in the execution of the ProjectLead and/or support change management process, including risk assessment execution and monitoring of quality-related activitiesManage alternative solutions and/or support investigations in case of deviations during the execution of the Project What You Bring To Takeda Degree in Engineering (preferred in industrial topics Chemistry, Electric etc...)Demonstrated experience in engineering and adequate knowledge of systems, equipment, facilities, automation is required.At least five years of experience in the role of project manager within a pharmaceutical operations/manufacturing environment.Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and coaching skillsProject management skillsFluency in English (both written and oral) More About Us
