Your ChallengeAs a Project Manager, your mission will be to manage maintenance projects and contracts, all related KPIs, with the aim of re-adding the set corporate. Some of the main activities will be to:
Guarantee customer satisfaction;Manage penalties/claims;Obtain contract variants and technical/administrative closure of the same;Perform and manage project risk analysis;Monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets and initiate actions to minimize non-compliance costs;Clarify customer objectives and requirements and/or project specifications based on bid documentation and customer order;Coordinate overall project planning and decide on resource allocation by monitoring work progress;Organize project meetings and be responsible for communication to the customer and stakeholders;Be responsible for the management and motivation of the project team by ensuring the correct assignment of tasks to resources, based on their competence and seniority;Adhere to project management standards and business conduct guidelines.To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Basic knowledge of the main technical standards CEI - UNI - ISO - EN;Background in Automation Systems and technical aspects focused on Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion; Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safety management systems;Experience in Pharma VM and GMP Standards will be considered as a preference criterion;Knowledge of IT principles in networking, VPN, firewalls, IT security, virtualization, remote connection;Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as negotiation and communication skills;Availability for business travel;Time management skills;Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken;Ability to prioritize effectively;Willingness to learn about new and innovative technologies;Ability to establish and maintain a positive and collaborative environment;Eligibility to work in Italy.What we offerFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer, and smartphone;Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options.Never stop growing: plenty of opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeys.An inclusive team culture where you can be yourself.Join us and be yourself.
