**Project Manager Transmission**
In our **Business Unit Transmission** we offer our customers products, solutions and services to transfer energy efficiently ranging from expansion and replacing to upgrading.
Our team il located in Milan and we ensure the project delivery and project management process of turn-key EPC contract relating to HVC Substation (AIS & GIS) and FACTS in order to meet customer expectation in terms of quality and reliability in line with Siemens Energy strategy.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Defining project execution strategies (resource planning, risk analysis and its management) in line with Business Unit Management and ensuring their implementation, as well as identifying solution approaches and integrating diverse objectives to achieve the project targets.
- Establishing proper project execution activities to maintain the key figures in terms of time, cost/deliverable and quality
- Identifying risks, opportunities and their management throughout the project execution phase and transfer all the lesson learned to the involved persons into the organization.
- Analyzing scope of supply and customer contract agreements.
- Defining internal indicators for project controlling and compiling all relevant information to keep all project participants and internal stakeholder up to date with the latest information.
- Systematic forwarding of relevant project information (e.g.
updated contractual conditions, risk & opportunities, progress)
- Support the proposal team when requested
- Guarantee the compliance to all safety standard specifically to law 81/08
**What You Bring**
- Proven professional experience in turn-key EPC contracts is mandatory and knowledge of high voltage Substations (AIS & GIS) and FACTS is recommended.
- Experience on Consortium with a Leading role
- Knowledge of contract law, commercial and quality topics.
- Strong knowledge of environmental Health and Safety topics on regards of D.Lgs 81/08 applied for temporary construction sites
- A Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, etc..) is recommended.
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong team player used to work in a multicultural environment characterized on international team and different cultures
- Strong focus on result orientation, assertiveness, customer satisfaction, leadership skills, stakeholder management skills and willingness to work in team
- Available for business trips National and International (25% of the time if necessary, during the project execution)
